Request to State Bank of India (SBI), Allowing Candidates in Exams Using Undertaking Form, if Missed up of Fee Deposit Receipt

Yesterday i.e. 24/07/2011, State Bank of India (SBI) conducted Probationary Officer Exam. First time I did see that they didn’t allow the candidates who haven’t Fee Deposit Receipt at the time of Examination.

SBI had taken many exams before this one. They did allow candidates by filling up undertaking form in place of Fee Deposit Receipt.

From yesterday, they stopped the use of undertaking form.

My Humble Request to State Bank of India (SBI) to kindly allow the candidates for Next Examination with undertaking form filled up in the place of Fee Deposit Receipt.

Because of yesterday’s decision, there were many candidates who could not appear for the examination. I think that many candidates got demoralized by this rule for the next one.

Examples I did see who faced this problem:

1. A girl with her father came to give exam (Distance 35 Km) but she could not appear for it.

2. A girl with her mother came to give exam immediately (Gave up 50 Rupees to Auto Rickshaw) but she could not appear for it.

3. In the case of one boy, it was his first exam in his career, but he could not appear for it.
4. And I could not appear for it due to the forgotten of the Fee Deposit Receipt.

I described four such examples but actually there were many of the same kind …….

Again I request State Bank of India (SBI) to kindly allow the candidates with undertaking form to appear for the examination.

Note: We all are human beings and we should understand that humans only make mistakes. It can be forgotten also.
